glowrin.com is operated by Aridona LTD, Office 12, Initial Business Centre, Wilson Business Park, Manchester, England M40 8WN, United Kingdom. In these terms, “GlowRin”, “we”, and “us” refer to Aridona LTD. You can reach us any time at contact@glowrin.com.

02Our products & pricing

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately, but colours and details may appear slightly different on your screen. All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We may update prices, offers, and product details at any time, but changes won’t affect an order we’ve already confirmed.

03Orders & payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it once we send your order confirmation. We accept payment through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud — if we do, you’ll receive a full refund.

04Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and your 2-year warranty are covered in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

05Using your device safely

GlowRin is a personal skincare and wellness device, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please use it as described in the included user guide:

• Always wear the included eye protection during use, and don’t stare directly into the lights.
• Follow the recommended session length and frequency — more isn’t better.
• If you’re pregnant, have a photosensitive condition or epilepsy, are taking medication that increases light sensitivity, or have any skin or eye concern, check with your doctor before use.
• Stop using it and seek advice if you notice any irritation or discomfort.

Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use — we can’t guarantee specific outcomes. Any results, timelines, or testimonials shown on our site are for illustration and are not a promise of the results you’ll get.

06Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, text, images, and design — belongs to GlowRin or our partners and is protected by law. You’re welcome to browse and share links, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

07Limitation of liability

We take care to provide a great product and service, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, GlowRin is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any statutory consumer rights you may have in your own country or state of residence.
